Do you ship bikes?

Yes, you must contact the store before placing an order to confirm shipping fee and that the item is in stock. We recommend shipping to your local bike shop for reassembly.

How do trade-ins work?

We accept trade-ins of bikes that were purchased from bike shops that are less than 20 years old. We do not accept big box store or Amazon bikes on trade. Bring your bike in to the shop and we will give you a free, fair trade-in value towards the purchase of a new or pre-owned bike.

Do you buy bikes?

No. We do not buy bikes. We accept bikes on trade but we do not buy bikes outright.

Is there a warranty on pre-owned bikes?

Yes. All of our pre-owned bikes come fully serviced and have a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers all major operating components of the bike. The warranty does not cover accidents, damage or abuse.

Return Policy:

Please make sure you are satisfied with your selected bicycle before completing your purchase. New bicycle returns are subject to restocking fees and will be evaluated at used-bike value. Pre-owned bicycles are final sale and not eligible for return. Restocking fees also apply to all merchandise returned without original packaging.

Pick-Up Service Policy:

Bicycles not picked up within 10 days of repair completion will incur a storage fee of $3 per day. Any bicycle left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Recycled Cycling Bike Shop. Abandoned bicycles may be donated or sold to recover the cost of parts and repairs. We will make multiple attempts to contact you before taking further action, so please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date. If you experience an extenuating circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order is accepted we will notify you through email. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. Shipping times vary according to availability and are subject to delays for which we are not be responsible. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase value.
